Easy and Elegant Lemon Bars


You will need:
For the Crust:
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup(that's a stick) of butter
1 cup flour.

Mix everything together. Do not melt the butter! Pat into a lightly greased 8-inch square pan.
Bake 15 min. at 350.

For the top layer
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons flour

Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder together  Add the other ingredients. Pour over baked crust and bake 25 min. at 350. Frost with powdered sugar thinned with lemon juice.
